Social Media Exec

Job Title: Social Media Exec – Shogun Audio Group 
Location: Brighton / Flexible 

 
This role will have responsibility for the day to day management and development of social media channels for Shogun Audio Group brands (Shogun Audio, Elevate Records, Temple Publishing and EST Studios) and our roster of artists.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In conjunction with the Label and Content teams responsible for developing & executing social media strategy and campaign plans across all brand and artist channels. 
  • Responsible for day to day planning & scheduling of social media across all channels. 
  • Responsible for day to day posting of all social media channels (with particular emphasis on TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) 
  • Liaison with content teams to ensure that campaign / social assets are delivered on time in full to the required standard. 
  • Liaison with artists and artist teams to ensure that assets are created and campaigns executed in line with campaign plans. 
  • Editing / creation of  content for various channels where necessary (ie. Manipulate images, create cover photos, video edits, headers etc.)
  • Attending Shogun Audio brand activities (events, photoshoots, video shoots to capture social content as required). 
  • Manage social media tracking and other insight tools to deliver actionable insights. Set benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyse review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns;
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • 2 Years+ Experience in managing social media channels and actioning marketing plans.
  • Editorial experience and/or excellent copy writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their audience (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc.)
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proactive and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Design abilities with some Photoshop experience
  • Knowledge of video creation and editing 
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, online marketing, and streaming services
  • A strong team player
  • Deep knowledge of Shogun Audio brands, drum & bass the electronic music industry
